The hotel offered a pleasant atmosphere with spacious rooms.
My experience was quite disappointing overall. The reception service was not welcoming. the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful during check-in, which made me feel unvalued as a guest. Additionally, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. there were times when the housekeeping skipped our room entirely, and returning to a dirty room was frustrating.

The bed was huge, making it super comfy for crashing after exploring. The breakfast options were pretty solid too. Just wish they had coffee facilities in the room. All in all, a decent stay!

The room was spacious with comfortable beds and opening windows, which I loved. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool during the warm days. The breakfast offered a decent selection, but it could be more accommodating for vegans. The bus stop to the town center was conveniently close, making it easy to explore. However, the lack of a separate door to the bathroom was a drawback. It felt a bit awkward having the toilet area separated only by clouded glass. Additionally, there were issues with cleanliness. I found the hallways were dirty, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly one day. I pointed this out at the front desk, but the response felt dismissive. Some amenities like the mini-bar and free toiletries were nice touches, but overall, I expected more given the higher price. It didn't match the quality I've experienced at other hotels in the same price range.
